Is registration free?
Yes. TSS does not charge registration, subscription, listing, bidding or upfront platform fees. Platform fees apply only when a paid contract is secured.
Who can provide services through TSS?
TSS is designed for verified individual professionals who personally deliver services online. Identity, experience and relevant credentials are reviewed before approval.
How does a client start a project?
Create a client account, define the scope and budget—independently or with YARA AI—choose the engagement type, publish the requirement and review proposals from matched professionals.
How are payments protected?
The client deposits the agreed service value plus the platform fee of 2.75% + USD 5 through WePay into TSS Trusted Funds. Payment may be made by bank transfer or electronic debit or credit card. Funds remain controlled until the approved release conditions are met.
When are milestones used?
Short engagements may be funded in full. Long-term or high-value engagements may be divided into funded milestones with defined deliverables and approval conditions.
What fees do professionals pay?
Professionals pay a success fee of 12%, 10% or 7.5%, according to their applicable platform level. The fee is deducted only from approved paid work.
What is the Engagement Workspace?
It is the structured project environment for messages, meetings, documents, deliverables, demonstrations, decisions, milestones, approvals and the engagement record.
Can clients see professional profiles publicly?
Approved public profiles can be viewed without signing in. A client must create an account or sign in before contacting, inviting or hiring a professional.
How are disputes handled?
Users should first document the issue in the Engagement Workspace. TSS may review the agreed scope, communications, deliverables and approvals under the applicable dispute process.
Does TSS guarantee professional work?
TSS provides verification, structured engagement controls and documented delivery. It does not guarantee every outcome; responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined in each engagement.
