This notice applies to TSS websites, applications and platform services. The TSS operating entity identified in your registration or engagement documents is responsible for processing personal data, subject to applicable law.
We use information to operate accounts, verify users, match requirements, manage engagements, support Trusted Funds and payments, prevent fraud, provide support, improve services and comply with legal obligations. YARA AI may process relevant information to assist with scopes, matching, proposals, summaries and delivery insights, subject to platform controls.
Information may be shared with the client or professional involved in an engagement, verification providers, WePay and other payment providers, hosting and communication providers, professional advisers, regulators or authorities where legally required. TSS does not sell personal data.
Approved profile information selected for public display may be visible without sign-in. Private contact, identity, banking and confidential engagement information is not intended for public display.
TSS applies proportionate administrative and technical safeguards. Data is retained only as long as required for platform operations, contracts, disputes, financial records, security and applicable legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, financial, security or dispute purposes.
Essential cookies may be used for security, language and session functions. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should be activated only with the required consent. TSS may update this notice and will publish the effective date of material changes.
